Annual Flamingo Cup
FEB 8th • A White Pine event, co-hosted with SCSSA
**Over 200 Pink Flamingos Hit the Slopes!**
The Flamingo Cup, part of the Club Series, is a fun, local ski racing event held across regional venues like Snow King, Teton Village, Grand Targhee, and White Pine. Designed as an affordable and accessible introduction to ski racing, it’s perfect for all skill levels and great for day trips!
This event honors Bruce Carlson, a dedicated course crew leader who tirelessly set up and maintained race and training courses, ensuring safety and smooth runs. Bruce, who passed away in April 2012, left a lasting legacy of passion and commitment to skiing.
The motto “RPC Always Faster” reflects Bruce’s encouragement to not just ski faster but strive to be better, stronger, and happier in all aspects of life.
